He is passionate about ensuring the firm’s vision, values, and targets are aligned so that Stately can maintain the highest standards for their employees, partners, and clients. His more than 25-year history in the industry and his service in the military have taught him the value of an honest day’s work and the importance of maintaining relationships, something he instills at all levels of the company. With a true passion for excellence, Bryson drives Stately's efforts to be thought leaders and change makers in the space.

A passionate and driven real estate professional, Dylan is responsible for the operations and management of Stately. Dylan brings a wealth of experience in real estate development, construction management, and cost consulting on projects throughout Southern California in both the private and public sector. Dylan has successfully overseen developments of all scale and type to completion with a successful ROI for all partners. He is committed to being a leader, a team player, a problem solver, and doing what it takes to successfully and responsibly develop real estate in Southern California.
